A typical and quite interesting set of tasks.

They prepared the game in the Acuario Games studio, which already has quite a lot of games, but their most famous project is the horrors named Insomnia, which they have already launched seven parts ... Seven, Karl! What is equally interesting, the best result of some of the seven parts is a little more than 10 thousand downloads ... modest, isn't it? However, if you go through the rest of the projects, the situation is quite similar there, so it is logical to assume that the output of the second part was only spontaneous, and not somehow planned.

Nevertheless, the game received a fairly detailed description, so we decided to take a look at what is happening. Let's start with the visual design, which as a whole, on a confident top three with a plus or even four with a minus. The graphics are simple but not bad, but other controls like buttons and various indicators look weird and outdated. Perhaps in this way the developers tried to create a “retro” effect, but there is a suspicion that they did not try. As for the gameplay, then everything is quite simple - get resources, of which there are only three types, protect your settlement and build an army to capture new lands, this is a typical, but effective option that is great for the RTS format, in which the game and performs.

Bottom line: the game Empire at War 2: Conquest of the lost kingdoms turned out to be rather weak, but it may well bring together at least some audience, another question, how many users need developers to develop the project?
