Every day the situation worsens, the enemies acquire terrible skills, use them when they meet with healthy citizens.

An infected nurse walks through the streets in blood stained form, threateningly holds a butcher's knife in her hands. The list can be continued, some individuals even lost their human appearance. The only way out is to take a weapon and move through the crowd, kill each oncoming one. The healthy ones are hiding far away, there is no risk of offending them.
