You’ll have to start with white men, who obviously occupy a neutral position, at their expense you can form the first group and constantly replenish it, only growth rates will be modest, and if you can catch up with an enemy crowd that is smaller than yours, then you can grow very much. In any case, at least some of the first five leaders receive bonuses, all the others remain without an award.
