Sheep Squad is a tactical action-arcade game for your android in which you will be asked to control your fighters in the arena, fighting against artificial intelligence or real opponents, throwing bombs at each other or using other weapons. One way or another, as we have already written, the idea is excellent, moreover, proven, the only question is in the implementation.

We prepared the game in the Pixel Squad studio, for which this is the first project, which in general can somehow justify the fact that if the game was conceived as an alternative to Worms, it turned out to be terrible.

The game Worms appeared back in 1995, created it in the famous studio Team17, which, by the way, continues to pull this initial project, but it seems that many are already tired of it, the original is difficult to surpass, and is it necessary?

Even in those years, the game was distinguished by excellent animation and even physics, a destructible world and a huge selection of weapons. Why are we talking about Worms? Yes, because the very idea of ​​what is happening, the visual and even some moments were clearly taken from there, only there is a nuance ...

The physics in the game is very weak and does not apply to everything that you see on the screen, there are very few weapons, the world around is not destroyed, and if you play against "bots", you will quickly notice that they are very stupid and interest in the game instantly disappears. Fortunately, there is a mode in which you can fight real players, but given the scarcity of what is happening - do you want that? Another small plus - unlike the original (which is on android), this project can be downloaded for free, but lets be realistic, I know everything how and what can be done with it ...

Features of the game Sheep Squad on android:

• The game has collected many references, and not only to Worms;
• Nice, cartoonish graphics;
• Get rewards for completing daily tasks;
• You can play against "bots" or real players on the network;
• You can choose a special dance to win;
• Moments from the game can be recorded and shared with the world.

Disadvantages of the game:

• The project is free, but advertising and in-app purchases are right there;
• Physics is very modest;
• Destructive world? - Forget it !;
• A modest choice of weapons, especially at the beginning;
• "Bots" are stupid, otherwise you cannot say.

Bottom line: Sheep Squad is a one-off project that may well be of interest to those who have not played Worms or even its worthy clones, of which there are also a lot. Otherwise, we did not find anything remarkable here.
