The standard hauling of a cable is usually short-term and lasts several seconds. The battle with a strong enemy involves a large expenditure of energy, therefore it is allowed to recharge directly on the battlefield, without interrupting the process, you can increase the charge level. But gas stations can suddenly appear and disappear at certain points near the road, replenishment of additional energy is possible only if you manage to drive to the necessary point in time and stay on it for a long period, while the enemy will desperately pull back.
